캐나다의 싱어송라이터 Shawn Mendes는  19세의 나이에 팝계 톱 레벨 반열에 올라서 두 장의 빌보드 넘버원 앨범을 비롯, 2017년 아메리칸 뮤직 어워드 어덜트 컨템포러리 아티스트 부문을 역대 최연소로 수상했다.
