브리티쉬 록의 절대자, MUSE의 새 트랙 ‘Dig Down’ 공개

경계를 거부하며 한계를 넘어서며 그들만의 사운드를 창조해내는 밴드 MUSE의 새로운 트랙 ‘Dig Down’이 공개됐다. 2016년 말 보컬 Matthew Bellamy의 공식 인스타그램에 의문의 스튜디오 영상을 업로드하며 새 음악에 대한 팬들의 기대를 높여 온 밴드는 얼마 전 ‘BTS’, ‘BTS#2’ 등으로 이름 붙여진 스튜디오 영상에 이어 새로운 밴드의 프로필 사진과 새 트랙의 타이틀 ‘Dig Down’과 일정을 공개하며 드디어 그들의 컴백이 임박했음을 알렸다.

2016년 미국 그래미 어워드에서 최우수 록 앨범 부문을 수상하며 대중과 평단을 사로잡은 거대한 컨셉 앨범 [Drones]에 이어 밴드의 새로운 서막을 열어줄 이번 공개 트랙 ‘Dig Down’은 지금까지 MUSE가 선보인 특유의 날카로우면서도 초현실적인 사운드를 담았다. 한편 MUSE는 새 앨범 발매에 앞서 Thirty Seconds to Mars, Biffy Clyro 등과 함께하는 유럽과 북미 투어 일정을 발표 전 세계 스타디움을 누빌 예정이기도 하다. 경계와 한계를 다시 한 번 넘어설 MUSE의 새 트랙 ‘Dig Down’.
