캐릭터 DJ & 프로듀서 Thru, 그룹 Route 1의 메인보컬 Suzo, 힙합, R&B 그룹 AVND가 힘을 합쳐 디지털 싱글 ‘Supernova’를 1월 13일 정오, 각종 스트리밍 사이트를 통해 발매했다.

 

‘Supernova’는 Thru의 퓨쳐베이스 트랙에 AVND만의 트렌디한 힙합비트와 감성, 그리고 SUZO의 유니크한 보이스가 가미된 콜라보레이션 싱글이다. 우주의 끝없는 어둠에 아랑곳하지 않고 폭발하듯 아름답게 빛을 터뜨리는 슈퍼노바처럼 젊은 청춘들이 머뭇거리지 않고 사랑하는 이에게 자신의 감정을 순수하게 터뜨리는 가사를 담아냈다.

처음 이 곡을 기획하고 진행한 프로듀서 Thru는 트렌디한 EDM 듀오 Route 1의 수조와 개성 넘치는 힙합 알앤비 그룹 AVND와 작업을 하면서 EDM과 힙합의 스타일이 섞인 다채로운 트랙을 만들 수 있어 기쁘다는 소감과 함께, 상대적으로 규모가 작은 국내 EDM 시장이 더욱 활발해지길 바란다고 전했다.
