저희 OFF THE TOWN의 첫 싱글 ‘King of the jungle’은 정글에서만 살던 타잔이 도시라는 큰 세상에 처음 나가며 겪는 일들과 감정들을 담은 노래입니다.

 

그는 처음 마주하는 세상이라는 곳에 당황할 수 있었음에도 오히려 당당했고, 자신이 정글의 왕이라는 사실을 항상 기억했습니다. 환경이 변하더라도 타잔은 타잔 그 자체였기 때문이죠.

그렇기에 우리도 어디에 있든지 각자의 정체성을 잃지 않았으면 좋겠다는 마음으로 노래를 엮어보았습니다. ‘나’는 평생 ‘나‘로 살아야 하니까요.
