세계 EDM 시장에 당당히 그 첫 발걸음을 내딛은 ‘2n2’ 그리고 ‘2n2’의 국내 첫 디지털싱글, [Chronic Nightmare]

 

〈2n2〉는 해외 유학파 출신으로 구성된 작곡팀으로, 이미 국내에서는 여러 아이돌그룹과 함께 수많은 음반작업을 하고 있으며, 그 입지를 단단히 다져오고 있는 작곡팀 이다.

그런 〈2n2〉가 이번에는 다른 가수의 목소리를 통해서가 아닌, 자신들만의 색깔은 담아낸 음악으로 자신들의 첫 싱글 음반을 발표했다.

이미 ‘세계 시장을 목표로 활동을 하겠다’ 라고 선언한 바가 있는 〈2n2〉이기에, 조금은 생소한감이 있지만 모든 가사를 영어로 썼다.

그들의 첫 번째 싱글, “Chronic Nightmare" 는 폴리신스 사운드로 인트로가 시작되는 노래이지만 곧바로 노래 후반부에 예고 없이 이어지는 묵직한 어쿠스틱 베이스 사운드 소리가 굉장한 반전을 주는 노래이다.
거기에 〈2n2〉 작곡팀의 멤버인 신케이가 그만의 유니크한 창법으로 이 노래를 소화해내어 한층 수준 높은 마스터피스가 완성되었다.
특히 신케이는 최근 세계적인 재즈 보컬리스트 [Lyndi Lee] 와 함께 랜선공연을 펼치며 보컬리스트 로써도 왕성한 활동을 보여주고 있으며, 앞으로도 세계적인 팝 아티스트와 함께 여러 형식의 작품활동을 선보일 예정이다.
