‘Highway’는 하나의 버디 로드 무비입니다. 마지막 질주를 준비하는 주인공과 작은 의심 하나 없이 동행하는 친구의 모습은 믿음이라는 두 글자의 의미를 다시 한번 생각하게 합니다.

 

우리는 너무나 많은 모습의 관계를 가지며 살고 있습니다. 나에게는 정녕 버디가 있을까? 과연 나는 누군가의 마지막 버디일 수 있을까를 되묻다 보면, 불완전한 내 곁을 지켜주는 지금의 그들에게 다시금 감사함을 느끼게 됩니다.

무엇보다 이 작품을 만든 이들이 함께 오랜 시간을 지내온 버디라는 점은 꽤나 흥미롭습니다. 듣는 여러분에게 자유로운 해석과 경험의 창구가 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 또한 이 음악을 우리보다 더 사랑하여 오랫동안 기다려준 이들에게 진심으로 감사합니다.
